The principles of business ethics set the standards that our company follows and provide guidance on what to do in the face of significant ethical issues. The purpose of Duran Doğan Social Compliance is to provide all managers and employees with the principles of business ethics that will guide them in their work environments in line with the Company’s vision, mission and values.

All employees of Duran Dogan is responsible for treating others with dignity and respect. All employees are expected to exhibit conduct that reflects inclusion during work, at work All functions on or off the work site, and all other company-sponsored and participative events. Employees are also required to attend and complete annual diversity awareness training to enhance their knowledge to fulfil this responsibility.

Any employee who exhibits inappropriate conduct or behavior against others may be subject to disciplinary action.

Employees who believe they have been subjected to discrimination that conflicts with the company’s diversity policy and initiatives should seek assistance from a supervisor or an HR representative.
